Throop Suite 502 Maximum: 15 Participants | Minimum: 5 Participants Welcome to Floorplay, a foundational floorwork class designed to deepen your connection with your body and the ground beneath you. This inviting class is perfect for all skill levels, offering a playful exploration of movement that emphasizes fluidity, strength, and creativity. In this classs, you'll learn essential techniques for transitioning seamlessly between standing and floor-based movements. Focus on developing your core strength, flexibility, and body awareness as you discover how to express yourself in new and exciting ways. Join us to cultivate confidence, find your rhythm, and enjoy the freedom of movement on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to unleash your creativity—let’s make the floor your playground! All bodies and skill levels are well. Accommodations and modifications can be provided. Two scholarship slots per class are reserved to accommodate Black, Indigenous, People of Color and Queer folks who want to enroll in class but money is a barrier.
